Bellissima Productions’ The Last Five Years (Aug. 2018) at the Alleyway Cabaret Theatre
Jason Robert Brown’s two-actor production follows the love story of Cathy Hiatt, a struggling actrice, and Jaime Wellerstein, an writer on the rise in New York City. Hiatt’s story begins at the relationship’s end and Wellerstein’s, after the couple’s first date. The musical spans over five years of the couple’s lives, as they work toward their respective dreams, falling into and out of love in the process of the overlapping timelines.
