Meet the Cast

Meet the cast and production crew of 35MM: A Musical Exhibition our last production of the 2018-2019 season!

Cast:

Devon Bradley is on her way towards her Master’s degree at Canisius College and works at Shea’s PAC. Her favorite past role was Heather McNamara in Canisius College Little Theatre’s production of Heathers. Her favorite part of this show was getting to work with an amazing crew of familiar people once again. Thank you to Nicolette for doing this production and for getting me back into theatre, I needed this more than I thought! And thanks to my family who have not seen me since January! Shout out to The Streets – “We love it!”

Sydney Bucholtz is thrilled to be a part of the cast of 35MM. Onstage credits include Bellissima Productions’ The Last Five Years (Cathy Hiatt), Niagara Regional Theatre Guild’s The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Me and My Girl, and Canisius College’s The Drowsy Chaperone (The Drowsy Chaperone), And Then There Were None (Vera Claythorne), Heathers (Veronica Sawyer), Twelfth Night, Almost, Maine (Hope), and American Idiot (Heather). Her favorite part of this show was shooting the documentary. 😉 Sydney thanks her extremely supportive friends and family. “I really appreciate and thank each of you so much.”

Emily DiMartino is a graduate of Canisius College. Currently, she is finishing her masters at Buffalo State and is student teaching in a fourth grade classroom. Emily has worked with Rocking Horse, Batavia Players, Nickel City Opera, Buffalo Opera Unlimited, Opera Sacra, and Canisius College Little Theatre. Emily would like to thank the cast and crew for being the real MVPs and being so fun to work with! She would also like to thank Dominic, the boyfriend, and Charlie, the hedgehog, for putting up with her crazy schedule and making sure she eats.

Mike Alessi has previously been seen in Bellissima’s production of The Last Five Years, and Canisius College Little Theatre’s American Idiot and Heathers. He is currently working towards a Masters in Music Education. During 35mm he enjoyed running through the streets of Tonawanda with a sword like a maniac on picture day. “Thanks so much to my fellow cast mates, director, stage manager, and everyone else who worked behind the scenes to make this show such an incredible experience! I’d also like to thank my friends and family for always encouraging my performance endeavors. It means the world to me and I couldn’t have done it without all of your support!”

Jackson DiGiacomo is thrilled to join Bellissima Productions for this show! He was most recently seen on the Lockport Palace stage as Paul in Moon Over Buffalo. He has credits all over WNY but this is his first show with Bellissima. This cast and its camaraderie have made this rehearsal process very enjoyable for Jackson and he is extremely grateful to everyone involved. Enjoy the show!

Jacob Ducoli: From the yeehaw plains of Elma NY, to the beaming atmosphere of downtown Buffalo, Jacob Ducoli has performed in 30 productions over the past 12 years. His favorite part of working in the show was being surrounded by an incredibly talented and assiduous cast and crew. He enjoys red wine, reality tv, and women empowerment.

Conor Shea is a graduate of Canisius College. Currently, he is working as a Teacher’s Aide at Stanley G. Falk’s Roosevelt Elementary. He has previously been seen in Legally Blonde The Musical and Heathers. For 35mm he enjoyed working with such a phenomenal cast! “The amount of laughs and memories shared during rehearsal will always be special to me.To my amazing family for supporting me as I return to the stage, The Nerd Herd, the cast for reminding me why I enjoyed the performing arts in the first place! Break legs and break eggs with a side of Garbeaux Cheese.”
